Volunteering at Mallets Bay School in Colchester, Milton Elementary School during college
5th grade for one year and 4th grade for three years at Hyde Park Elementary School
Preschool as a Playgroup facilitator here in Jericho through Building Bright Futures
Four Winds Nature Program and math volunteer at Underhill ID School
Subbing in the Chittenden East and Essex Town school districts

Family:

Husband - Douglas, married 11 years, an engineer
Two sons, ages 7 and 6
   

My parents still live in Hardwick, my dad has his own general contracting business and my mom, a retired bank manager, now works with him.  In the spring, they produce maple syrup.

I have two sisters, one a CPA from East Montpelier and one a music teacher from Hardwick.

Keeping busy and taking it easy:

I enjoy scrapbooking, coaching my son's soccer team, hiking and biking with my family, and helping my parents sugar in the spring.  I always enjoy a good book.  I am learning the guitar and having lots of fun with it!
